MISSION | Our mission is to craft the highest quality of wines, provide a distinctive visitor experience, build a creative work environment that rewards initiative and be known for our professional and community-minded approach to business.
HISTORY | “Quincy” was the former name of a hamlet near the winery’s location in New York State. The name, “Quincy Cellars” was chosen to honor the heritage of the community in which we operate. Further, the business delights in its presence in the larger community through active trade and philanthropic memberships.
PARTNERS | The two business partners are Patricia Daughrity and Kevin Daughrity. This ownership team shares an enthusiastic enjoyment of food and wine, as well as a cross-section of vital business, viticulture and hospitality skills. The Daughritys are committed to offering an unmatched opportunity for guests visiting the Lake Erie region and its wineries.
FACILITY | Our retail area is located in a 125 year old three story barn. The ample stone cellar serves as a unique tasting room, while the main floor features dinner to remember with fresh breads, desserts and our handcrafted wines. Soothing lunch and morsels are available during the day. The upper level connects via a spacious catwalk and offers spectacular, new views of the farmstead.
With a full, commercial kitchen and a critical eye toward detail, we are enthusiastically capable of serving large or small meetings, weddings and special groups.
