HISTORY | “Quincy” was the former name of a hamlet near the winery’s location in New York State. The name, “Quincy Cellars” was chosen to honor the heritage of the community in which we operate. Further, the business delights in its presence in the larger community through active trade and philanthropic memberships.
FACILITY | Our retail area is located in a 125 year old three story barn. The ample stone cellar serves as a unique tasting room, while the main floor features a fresh lunch to remember, a unique morsel menu, fresh baked breads and desserts and our handcrafted wines. The upper level connects via a spacious catwalk and offers spectacular, new views of the vineyards.
With a full, commercial kitchen and a critical eye toward detail, we are enthusiastically capable of serving large or small meetings, weddings and special groups.
